Individuals should eat a Mediterranean style diet with plenty of cruciferous vegetables to help with hormone detoxification. Eat every two-hours. Do not eat carbohydrates alone, always eat with protein. Vegetable protein from peas, beans, lentils, and nuts are recommended. Avoid trans-fats. Minimize fruit juices.
