Individuals should eat a Mediterranean style diet with plenty of cruciferous vegetables to help with hormone detoxification. Eat every two-hours in order to help normalize cortisol levels. Do not eat carbohydrates alone, always eat with protein, especially at night before bed. Vegetable protein from peas, beans, lentils, and nuts are recommended. Avoid trans-fats.
