The width across the index and middle fingers at the first joint measures 1.5 cun.

The width of the hand measured at the knuckles is 4 cun.

The outer lips called the labia majora, the inner lips called the labia minora and the clitoris. The clitoris is a sensitive, erectile gland under the point where the inner labia meet and form a little hood. Only the tip of the clitoris is external.
It is usually best to start with general stimulation of her inner thighs and the area around the branches of the clitoris, then use more focused stimulation.
