Say Goodbye to Varicose Veins

In this video, you will learn three simple acupressure points that you can use to reduce or eliminate varicose veins.

Varicose veins are enlarged, twisted veins that commonly appear in the legs and feet. They are characterized by visibly swollen, twisted, and often blue or dark purple veins. Symptoms include aching or heaviness in the legs, especially after prolonged periods of standing or sitting. Swelling around the ankles and feet, cramping, itching, and skin discoloration near the affected veins are also common signs.

If left untreated, varicose veins can lead to the development of painful ulcers, particularly near the ankles. Veins close to the skin’s surface may burst, causing bleeding. Inflammation of the veins can occur, leading to pain and swelling. In severe cases, blood clots can develop which require medical treatment.

Regular exercise, compression stockings, and avoiding standing or sitting for long periods can help. Surgery is sometimes offered.

Surprisingly, recent studies show that adding acupuncture point stimulation can reduce the pain and severity of varicose veins.
