Navigating SIBO
Are you tired of battling SIBO?
SIBO, or small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, can be very hard to deal with. Loss of appetite, abdominal pain, nausea, bloating, and diarrhea are all signs of SIBO.
In this video, you are going to learn four acupressure points which may reduce or eliminate the signs of SIBO.
SIBO occurs when there is an abnormal increase of bacteria in the small intestine. SIBO commonly results when the passage of food in the digestive tract is slowed, creating a breeding ground for bacteria. This excess bacteria often causes diarrhea and may cause unwanted weight loss and malnutrition, leaving you feeling uncomfortable and fatigued. SIBO may arise due to conditions like IBS, Crohn’s disease, constipation, acid reflux, or previous abdominal surgery. Poor management of blood sugar is also a known risk factor for developing and prolonging the symptoms of SIBO.
