It's Dr. Baritz, your friendly chiropractor, nutritionist, herbalist, and certified specialist in Acupoint Physical Medicine and Pet Acupressure Therapy. Today I'll be revealing three essential acupuncture pressure points which are believed to reduce, and sometimes even eliminate, palpitations. Palpitations can present as fast, fluttering, or pounding heartbeats, often making you feel as though your heart is skipping a beat, racing, or beating irregularly. But don't worry, various studies have demonstrated that acupressure can help manage these symptoms, whether used independently or alongside other medical treatments. The pressure points we'll be covering today are Heart 9, Kidney 27, and Conception Vessel 14. Each point is strategically located at different parts of your body, from your pinky finger to your chest and belly region. For each pressure point, I'll guide you on how to locate it and the correct way to massage it for optimal results. Remember, while these pressure points have been known to provide relief, the effect can vary from person to person. If your palpitations are severe or recurrent, always consult a healthcare professional.
Men with erectile dysfunction are being lied to, and I want to set the record straight. Erectile dysfunction, or ED for short, is the inability of a man to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for satisfying sexual intercourse. It can be the result of physical factors like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, hormonal imbalances, or injury to a man’s reproductive organs. It can be the result of psychological factors such as stress, anxiety, depression, or relationship issues. In my clinic I have found that ED is usually a combination of several factors. ED can affect men of all ages but becomes more common as men get older. Erectile dysfunction can cause a range of problems that can impact both physical and mental well-being, as well as relationships. ED can lead to frustration, disappointment, and dissatisfaction with sexual experiences, both for the man and his partner. This can create stress and tension within the relationship and feelings of rejection and resentment. Partners may feel unattractive or undesirable, leading to emotional distance and conflict. Inability to perform sexually can lead to feelings of inadequacy, low self-esteem, loss of confidence in one's masculinity, and anxiety. ED can also affect sleep patterns and lead to fatigue or irritability. Ultimately, ED can affect the overall quality of one’s life, leading to decreased satisfaction in work, social interactions, and leisure activities. Men are directed toward medications, penile pumps, rings, and stimulators. While these give temporary results, they ignore the most important factors. Working many men I have learned a lot about how to help men with ED. In this video, you are going to learn three steps to help those who what to improve their erections. All three are important, but the third one is the most important, so I recommend that you watch this video to the end.
