Chronic Headaches

🧠 Chronic headaches can often feel like they come from nowhere, but in many traditional approaches, tension in nearby structures like the jaw, temples, and ear region may play a role.

In this video, I demonstrate an acupressure point that is traditionally used in Chinese medicine to help release tension in the jaw and side of the head. These areas are often linked with recurring headache patterns, especially those associated with clenching, stress, or TMJ-related discomfort.

When the jaw and surrounding muscles are tight, it can contribute to a buildup of pressure that may radiate into the temples and head. Acupressure is commonly used in acupressure practice to help ease this kind of tension and support a more relaxed head and facial region.

Take a moment, try the point gently, and notice how your head and jaw feel afterward.
